Ondulé158 13th Avenue NEMinneapolis shop in Northeast Minneapolis called Ondulé, a French adjective meaning undulating or wavy, which we use to describe our walls. This little place fell in my lap, and its assets - a great location in arty NE Mpls and a wonderful old storefront window - were nearly overshadowed by its drawbacks: hideous ceiling tiles, crooked walls, broken paneling, duct-taped carpeting, and that distinct old-building smell.
